By submitting this form, I, the undersigned photographer or media representative, acknowledge that I have been granted permission to capture photo, video, and/or audio content during the Designer Runway Event at Worre Studios.
I retain ownership and copyright of the media I produce. However, I grant Anddra.com, its affiliates, partners, and authorized representatives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any media I capture during the event.
This license explicitly includes permission for Anddra.com and its affiliates to use the media commercially, including but not limited to:
- Advertising campaigns and paid promotions
- Brand marketing and commercial materials
- Product promotions and digital advertisements
- Website content and landing pages
- Social media and influencer collaborations
- Press releases, editorials, and media publications
- Event recaps, lookbooks, and commercial presentations
Whenever reasonably possible, Anddra.com and its affiliates will provide credit when using the media, but credit is not guaranteed and is not required as a condition of this agreement.
I confirm that any individuals depicted in my content (models, staff, or attendees) have given appropriate consent for photography and recording, or that consent has been obtained by the event organizers. I also agree to comply with all event image rights policies.
AGREEMENT TO CONDITIONS:
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this agreement, and I voluntarily grant Anddra.com and its affiliates the rights to use my captured media — including for commercial purposes — as outlined above.
