Model Media Consent and Release Agreement

COMMERCIAL USAGE:
By signing this agreement, I grant Anddra (anddra.com), its affiliates, partners, photographers, and media representatives the full right to capture, use, and publish my image, likeness, voice, and performance in photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the "Designer Runway Event" at Worre Studios.

These materials may be used across all media platforms, including but not limited to:

• Websites and digital platforms
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Online and print advertising
• Press releases and promotional campaigns

I understand and agree that these images and recordings may be used commercially by Anddra for branding, promotional, and marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.

I acknowledge that Anddra owns all rights to the photographs and recordings and may edit, modify, or distribute them at its discretion. I hereby release Anddra, its affiliates, agents, and assigns from any claims or liabilities arising out of the use of my likeness or performance.

AGREEMENT TO CONDITIONS:
By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and understood the above terms. I voluntarily agree to participate in the "Designer Runway Event" at Worre Studios and allow the use of my image and recordings for the stated purposes.

If under 18 years of age, this agreement must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
