Every shipment is handled with the same attention to detail as your custom garment creation.
PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIME
Custom garment production: 3–8 weeks from measurement confirmation.
Processing includes: Design, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control.
No rush orders available – luxury requires time for perfection.

United States:
FREE standard shipping (5–7 business days)
FREE signature required for all deliveries
Insurance included up to full garment value
International Shipping:
Available worldwide
Shipping costs calculated at checkout
Customs duties and import taxes are customer’s responsibility
Delivery time: 7–14 business days

ANDDRA is not liable for shipments if the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Damaged Packages:

Customer must notify ANDDRA within 48 hours of delivery for lost or damaged packages
