Production time: 3–8 weeks from measurement confirmation.
Each week is dedicated to the artisanal care of your unique garment.
Times may vary based on garment complexity, special decorations (such as Swarovski), embroidery, laser cutting, and requested details.
Shipping is included in the stated timeframes.
Regular updates on production status will be provided.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. ANDDRA is not responsible for delays due to factors outside our control (customs, shipping carrier issues, force majeure, etc.).

MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client is entirely responsible for the accuracy of the provided measurements.
ANDDRA provides detailed guides and video tutorials for taking correct measurements.
Virtual consultation is available for personalized assistance.
Full support is available during the measurement process.
Once measurements are confirmed, ANDDRA cannot accept responsibility for ill-fitting garments or measurement errors submitted by the client.

They have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions
They fully accept the no returns policy for custom garments
They are solely responsible for the accuracy of the provided measurements
They understand and accept the 3–8 week production timeframe
They acknowledge that each garment is unique and created specifically for them
They recognize that authentic luxury requires time and patience
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANDDRA’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ordered garment.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Consumer statutory rights are not affected.
